Social work services at The Community Nest provide compassionate, strengths-based support focused on well-being, problem-solving, and advocacy. Services may include counselling support, caregiver guidance, system navigation, funding and resource support (assistance applying for SSAH,ACSD,DTC), and support during periods of transition or stress.
Who Are These Services For?
Social work services are available to children, youth, adults, and families who are seeking emotional support, guidance, advocacy, or help navigating complex systems. Services are especially supportive for caregivers of children with disabilities, individuals facing life transitions, and families needing practical or emotional support.

Social work services are offered at The Community Nest in Peterborough, Ontario. Depending on needs and availability, services may also be offered virtually
